HOW DO I RESERVE A PLACE?Please ring 01303 211755 or email info@lovemyleisure.co.uk A few details will be taken from you and an invoice will be sent for a small deposit to reserve your stay

IS MY DEPOSIT REFUNDABLE?All deposits are non refundable.

WILL I HAVE TO PAY A SINGLE SUPPLEMENT?Unfortunately Yes, all of our Hotels charge us for a single supplement and therefore the charge is passed on.

WILL I BE GUARANTEED A SEA VIEW ROOM?Our Cyprus package is guaranteed a Sea View Room. Our Madeira and Alvor Packages are not guaranteed, but are given where possible.

ARE FLIGHT TRANSFERS FREE?Yes all flight Transfers are included, except if the client terminates their vacation prematurely.

ARE THESE LADIES ONLY SPA BREAKS?Certainly not, although predominantly a larger percentage of Ladies travel with us, all of our packages are open to couples.

CAN I BOOK ADDITIONAL TREATMENTS?Of Course! There will always be the oppurtunity to book prior to your trip but we will do our best to allocate additional treatments once you have arrived at your location.

WHAT TYPE OF TREATMENTS ARE AVAILABLE?We have a number of treatments available, ranging from Massage, Aromatherapy, Reflexology, Facials, Indian Head Massage, Manicures & Pedicures. We also have special offer treatments available on some packages ranging from Bowen Therapy, Hot Stones Massage, Hot Shell Massage & Crystal Reiki. Please see HERE for additional info

CAN MY ALLOCATED TREATMENTS BE CHANGED?Every effort will be made to accomodate changes, however it may not always be possible to change on the day of your allocated treatment.

IS THERE A MINIMUM AGE LIMIT FOR TREATMENTS?Treatments are not restricted by age but parents are welcome to accompany their child whilst treatments are taking place.

CAN I UPGRADE MY INCLUDED TREATMENT?Yes you can, please inform us either on your Treatment selection form or speak to our Co-Ordinator once at the resort.

BEDROOM FACILITIES?Are all of the rooms in your hotels en-suite? All of our rooms have en-suite bathrooms with free shower gel, soap etc. Are disabled rooms available at all of your hotels? Disabled rooms are available at all of our hotels, please contact us for further information and prior to booking online. Email: info@lovemyleisure.co.uk Telephone: +44 1303 211755 Are tea and coffee-making facilities, and shampoo and shower gel, available in every room? Yes, tea & coffee making facilities are available in every one of our rooms, except rooms at the Dom João, Alvor, Portugal, however in our Portugal package hot drinks are available free between 10:00am and 18:00pm. Shampoo and shower gel are provided in rooms at all of our Hotels. Are hairdryers and fridges available at all of your hotels? Some rooms come equipped with a hairdryer. Alternatively they can be requested from Reception at any one of our hotels. All Rooms are equipped with Fridges.

WHY DOESN'T MY AIR CONDITIONING WORK?Like all Hotels at our resorts, please make sure your balcony sliding doors are firmly shut before assuming there is a problem.

WHAT HOTEL FACILITIES ARE THERE?Is wireless internet available at all of your hotels? Wireless internet is available in all bedrooms free of charge. Is room service available at all of your hotels? Room service is available for breakfast, lunch and evening meals at all of our Hotels. Is a laundry service available at all of your hotels? Laundry and dry-cleaning requests can be arranged with Reception at all of our hotels. Are safety deposit boxes available at all of your hotels? All of our Hotels have safety deposit boxes within the rooms.

SMOKING POLICYIs smoking permitted in any of your hotels? Smoking (including electronic cigarettes) is not permitted in the bedrooms or public areas of any of our hotels. Smoking is only permitted in the designated smoking areas.

WIFIWhat do I need to access the Wi-Fi? Our system supports most Wi-Fi enabled mobile devices and laptops—just ensure your Wi-Fi is switched on. How do I connect to the Wi-Fi? Turn your mobile device on and make sure the Wi-Fi is switched on. How do I connect another device? To connect another device simply repeat the steps you took when connecting your first device.
